City Life Hotel Poliziano, by R Collection Hotels

Excellent hotel in a beautiful area with very convenient transport options. The bus stop is 50 meters away and the metro and tram stops are very close. The hotel staff is very helpful and polite. The receptionist who welcomed us was charming and helped us with any questions we had. Our room was on the 8th floor, huge with a very large and beautiful bathroom. We had a very beautiful view of the Duomo standing out in the distance. Breakfast is offered as a buffet and there are options for all tastes. The whole hotel is decorated with Italian delicacy, it is spotlessly clean and everything works perfectly. It was one of our most beautiful hotel stays.

Property was in great location from San Siro stadium which was a big part of our visit and a quick subway ride away the city very easy to get too. Couldn’t say more about the staff extremely friendly since we arrived. They upgraded our room when I asked for a bigger space, they had champagne waiting for my husband because they heard it was his birthday. Everything was great and staff was super helpful with getting around and restaurant recommendations

Our experience was great, the staff was amazing, we did our check-in at 3 a.m., Cristiani made our check-in super smooth, and was helpful with lots of extra information and a wifi voucher, the check-out experience was great too with Marco. The location is good, very calm, easy access to the city center by Metro M5 then change to M1 or M3, or change to M2 or M3 to Milano Central station.

We had a great stay in Poliziano Hotel! It is to high standards, and out of our expectations. Christian, night manager in front desk checked us in and did the extra service upon us. He helped us with a lot of questions, and even ordered us some night food. He helped fix up the wifi, and offered us breakfast including in our room even tho we didn’t book that. The room is amazing with all facilities you can need in a room. They even cleaned up the room after we can back form breakfast.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. The room was clean and well-maintained. On the last day, they kindly extended my parking until 2 PM at no extra charge, which I truly appreciated. Additionally, it's only a 10-minute walk to the MiCo - Milano Convention Centre, making it a perfect location for attending a congress.
