The staff was very professional, polite and helpful. We had booked a classic room, but we were upgraded to an executive room upon our arrival, which we truly appreciated. The executive room was spacious with space to place the luggage comfortably and enough wardrobe space for hanging our clothes. The hotel overall was very clean. Housekeeping was punctual and efficient. The breakfast is a modest sized buffet, with a variety of savoury and sweet options. Hotel's location is excellent. Close to a metro (2 mins walk) and within walking distance of the main attractions and a variety of restaurants and bars.

as milan is such a huge and scattered city it takes you up to 30min to get to the city centre, although the hotel seems to be central. but because of good availability of public transport next to the hotel, it’s totally fine. also, there is a nice neighbourhood if you are walking a bit. nice furniture, huge and comfortable bed

Excellent hotel in a beautiful area with very convenient transport options. The bus stop is 50 meters away and the metro and tram stops are very close. The hotel staff is very helpful and polite. The receptionist who welcomed us was charming and helped us with any questions we had. Our room was on the 8th floor, huge with a very large and beautiful bathroom. We had a very beautiful view of the Duomo standing out in the distance. Breakfast is offered as a buffet and there are options for all tastes. The whole hotel is decorated with Italian delicacy, it is spotlessly clean and everything works perfectly. It was one of our most beautiful hotel stays.

Accommodation at this hotel was a great decision. Very clean rooms, comfortable bed, excellent staff. I appreciated that the room had a kettle and a small fridge. Breakfast was continental with a wide selection (vegetables, cheeses, eggs, ham, sweet pastries, yogurt, muesli, pancakes, waffles, various cakes, coffee, tea, juices). The location was great – about a 40-minute walk to the Duomo, or around 20 minutes by metro. The metro station was about a 4-minute walk away.

Staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. Directly on the M5 so for anyone going to any football matches or concerts at San siro this location is ideal. Room was comfortable and specious enough for two people. Minibar and some snacks (both extra charge) are provided. There is a little mini Markt just opposite however where you can get cold beers, soft drinks and snacks. Bathrobes, shower gels, lotions, vanity kits, slippers were also provided

Very good location even though is not close to the old center, i'ts about 40 minutes walking. Close to very good restaurants and a mall. Very close to the metro station. The staff was very helpfull and nice, Eleonora (if i'm remembering correctly) gave us very good restaurant recommendations.

Good standard breakfast, good quality of food. Very pleasant staff at the breakfast restaurant. Great location of the hotel, close to the metro station, convenient to get to many directions in the city. There are good restaurants and cafes near the hotel. The room is not big, but cozy and comfortable.

Property was in great location from San Siro stadium which was a big part of our visit and a quick subway ride away the city very easy to get too. Couldn’t say more about the staff extremely friendly since we arrived. They upgraded our room when I asked for a bigger space, they had champagne waiting for my husband because they heard it was his birthday. Everything was great and staff was super helpful with getting around and restaurant recommendations

Our experience was great, the staff was amazing, we did our check-in at 3 a.m., Cristiani made our check-in super smooth, and was helpful with lots of extra information and a wifi voucher, the check-out experience was great too with Marco. The location is good, very calm, easy access to the city center by Metro M5 then change to M1 or M3, or change to M2 or M3 to Milano Central station.
